  • Until 1999, New Zealand's bank notes were printed on paper made from cotton. On 3rd May 1999, the Reserve Bank started circulating polymer (plastic) bank notes.
  • Papyrus is only one of the predecessors of paper, other forms were made from the inner bark of the paper mulberry, fig and daphne trees.
  • When the Māori arrived in New Zealand, they brought with them the aute plant (paper mulberry) from which they made bark cloth for clothing. The first Māori found that their tapa cloth garments, made from the aute plant were too thin.  The paper mulberry did not flourish and a substitute material was found in the native flax.
  • No native trees are used to make paper or paper-related products in New Zealand

i deeply bored of reindag the same news for more than a year. i never read any reconcilation news that tells the difference will be solved in diplomacy. this is really painful for not being able to reconcile our differences in a civilized way. are we really christian? do you think mahibere kidusan is 100% fair or the tehadisos? what is your objective? is that to make us a fan of you? who is going to settle the followers like me who insist to wait the verdict of the Sinodos? does that make you brand me tehadiso' or mahibere kidusan' for not supporting your battle? the defining moment in our religion has come. i hope after this month everything will be settled and we will get relief from hearing and reindag routine things if and only if the Sinodos made its final verdict.
